We want you to feel confident in your choice! Each product page includes detailed descriptions, measurements, and multiple photos. For additional guidance, our support team is happy to assist with styling advice and answer any questions about materials, colours, and sizing.

At Moderna Living, we strive to make your delivery experience as seamless as possible. Here’s what you need to know:

  • Estimated Delivery Time:
    Our furniture is crafted on demand, ensuring the highest quality and minimal environmental impact. Delivery typically takes 6–8 weeks from the time you place your order.
  • Delays:
    While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, unforeseen circumstances such as supply chain disruptions or logistical challenges may result in delays. If delays occur, we will notify you as soon as possible.
  • Delivery Areas:
    We deliver to locations within our Serviceable Areas. If your address is outside our delivery postcodes, please contact us and we would be more than happy to work with you to provide a solution.
  • Notifications:
    We’ll do our best to provide at least 48 hours’ notice of your delivery date and a four-hour delivery window during business hours. Please note that this may not always be possible due to operational constraints.

    Once your order is ready for delivery, we’ll notify you via email with the estimated delivery date and a window of time for delivery (we strive to provide at least 48 hours’ notice, but this may not always be possible).

Change of Mind

As all our furniture is made to order, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges for change of mind. We encourage you to carefully review all product details, measurements, and customisation options before placing your order.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • A description of the issue.
  • Photos of the damage or defect.
    We’ll assess your claim and, if validated, provide a resolution, which may include a repair, replacement, or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law.

Customised and Non-Returnable Items

Customised furniture and clearance items cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
